NODDFA EVENTS
We held our annual Garden Fete on Saturday July 12th, 2pm. It was a very enjoyable day, in spite of the shower of rain. We made £3,200 from the Fete and the raffle and we wish to thank everyone involved.

There was a barbecue at Noddfa on Saturday 14th June. It was a lovely evening, with delicious food, and good music provided by the Soggy Bottom Boys.

RECENT VISITORS
We have had many visitors over the summer months, filling the house with times of prayer, silence, creativity, laughter, dance and companionship.

COSMIC WALK

A feature in our garden is the Cosmic Walk - a wonderful way of reflecting on the story of the Universe. We see Creation in another dimension as we walk through the billions and millions of years, thinking of the stages of Creation and seeing ourselves as part of the whole. The years are marked by 25 stones and there is a guiding map. We thank Diarmuid O'Murchu for the inspiration and first plan and special thanks to Barbara RSHM and Jean for their energy and art in bringing it to birth.

IMPROVED FACILITIES

Phase 1 - Disabled Access.

Work is complete on the link corridor, to give disabled access to the ground floor bedrooms and the chapel.

Phase 2 - Twin Bedroom with Wheelchair access, shower and disabled toilet.

The work to provide suitable accommodation for disabled carers is complete.
