Why at Noddfa?

Noddfa is ideal for small conferences. With accommodation and conference facilities for up to 40 people, we can cater for single day, weekend, or longer events.


It is possible to combine important meetings with times of relaxation for the enjoyment of the wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.

It is a lovely old house which has views of the sea and the hills. The grounds are full of trees, colourful shrubs and flowers. there is also a walled vegetable garden, which provides fresh produce if you come at the right time of year .

Courses and Small Group Meetings

With meeting rooms in various sizes, spacious gardens, and a beautiful setting, Noddfa is the ideal venue for Courses and Small Group Meetings.

We have had many of our friends returning again - parish groups from Castlemilk, Skipton, Ferrybank, Corduff, Fr Patrick's parish from Glasgow, Frodsham (2 groups),
Alsager, Wigan, Formby and Waterloo.

We are happy to say that we had groups of Anglicans, Methodists and Society of Friends, as well as Catholic groups.

We also had the Mill Hill Missionary Vocations Group, SVP, Confirmation groups and our Diocesan Youth group.

Other groups included Catholic People's Week, Tai Chi, self-help groups, Justice & Peace, TCC (Together Creating Community), the group of hearing-impaired from Preston, Contemplative Orders Formation Personnel, Secular Franciscans, several religious congregations and women's groups.

The group of walkers returned, as did the Circle Dancers and many others came for a holiday.

Reunions and Receptions

Are you thinking of having a buffet reception in this locality? If you are, why not discuss your needs with us. We may be able to help you.

We have hosted 100th, 90th, 80th and 60th birthday parties as well as a Ruby Wedding Aniversary meal. We also had a reception for the new Mayor of Penmaenmawr.

Buffets for Weddings, Birthdays and Other Occassions

It would be difficult to imagine a more beautiful setting for a Family Get-together, a meeting of friends who rarely see one another, a wedding reception or other celebration.

There are plenty of places here to sit comfortably for reminiscences or a quiet chat. There is also the chance to enjoy together the wonderful sea and countryside that North Wales and Snowdonia National Park have to offer.
