GARDEN FETE

Our annual Garden Fete will be on Saturday 17th July, starting at 2pm, all are welcome. There will be entertainment, stalls, tombola, raffle and refreshments.

CIRCLE DANCE

A day of Circle Dancing will be held on the 8th May in the Community Hall in Penmaenmawr.  Bernadette will be leading the Circle Dancing and Mary Jo will be doing some Capacitar practices.  It is 10am – 4pm with a break for lunch.   All are welcome. Suggested donation £10 (please bring your own lunch). 

THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF DREAMS

Mel  Ryley and Dana Sullivan are coming from Chicago to give this retreat which takes place from Monday July 5th to Friday July 9th.  Mel is responsible for the Dreams course in the Institute for Spiritual Leadership and both Mel and Dana work in Institute of Spiritual Companionship in Chicago.  Mary Jo and Patrice worked with Mel during their time in Brazil.
During this retreat experience we will explore the place of dreams in relation to the spiritual/life journey.  We will also experience some practical ways of attending to the content of our dreams in order to discover the messages contained within the dream symbols.

BARBEQUE

We will be holding our usual summer barbeque around about the time of Carers Week.  Look out for the announcement of the date.
