Noddfa means refuge a place of welcome and peace a place where you can regain energy. We hope that all the groups who come here will experience this in the comfort of the house and the beauty of the surrounding hills and the sea.

Noddfa is a Welsh word meaning haven or refuge - a place of peace and welcome a place where you can regain energy. It is the name of the centre run by the sisters of the Sacred Heart of Mary in Penmaenmawr, on the North Wales coast.

We are delighted to welcome groups and individuals from England, Scotland, and Ireland as well as other parts of Wales. We hope that anyone who comes to Noddfa will feel at home and enjoy being with us in this lovely place.
